Griffin Davis LLC has created this privacy statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to our customer's privacy. We do not give, sell, rent, share, show or trade any personally identifiable information to any third party.

Changes to this Privacy Statement
From time to time, we may make changes to this privacy statement, so please review it frequently. Whenever we make a change, we will post or otherwise make available the revised privacy statement. We will endeavor to post the changes before they become effective. The effective date of the most recent version of this privacy statement will appear at the top of the statement.

This privacy statement applies to any information we collect, on and off line. If we make any material changes to this privacy statement we will notify you here, by email or by means of a notice on our home page and/or sign-in page.

Email List Management
Our email list is hosted and managed by Vertifcal Repsonse. To report any abuse or violations of our privacy policy, please send email to info@griffindavisart.com and attach an unedited copy of the email message that you feel was sent to you in error or without your permission. Include all header information so that we can trace origin of the message. Also include any notes or other information that you feel are pertinent.

Email List Information Collection
For each visitor that signs up for our email list, we collect only the information that is requested on the signup form. Required fields are denoted with an asterisk (*). Our web servers may collect the domain name or IP address of visitors to our web page(s). Unless otherwise stated on our Web site, we collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email and information volunteered by you such as but not limited to list signup information, survey information, and/or site registrations. We also may collect clickstream information. In our email messages to you which are distributed through our list, we may have information from third party providers for products and services which may be advertised or promoted within messages we send to you.

In addition collection of personally identifiable information (PII) through our Web site, we also collect PII from clients, attendees of any Griffin Davis Art art exhibits and through legal purchase of PII from third parties. This PII is merged with any data we collect online. You can unsubscribe from receiving any email or snail mail from us at anytime. From email, please use the unsubscribe function in the email received. For snail mail, please send us an email to info@griffindavisart.com and we will remove all your information from our database.

Use of Web Site Information Collected
The information we collect may be used to create an aggregate demographic profile of our user base and those of the Vertifcal Response email list management service so that we and Vertical Repsonse can improve content and services and to customize the content and/or layout of our email messages or pages for each individual visitor, to notify you about updates to our web site and services, to send you our opt-in e-mail newsletter(s), to provide you with the products and/or services for which you signed-up or registered, which may include sending service disruption notices or other service- or product-related information via email, and is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes without your consent.

We will only share collected information with another company in the event that we merge with or are acquired by the other company. Upon request, we will provide you with the information (e.g., email address, name, etc.) that we maintain about you.
